DeLee Grant is an award-winning Saskatchewan artist known for expressive oil paintings inspired by prairie skies, changing seasons, quiet backroads, and the beauty of the natural world.  Having spent much of her life on a Saskatchewan farm, she has a deep and personal connection to wide-open spaces and the landscapes she paints.

DeLee is especially passionate about painting en plein air - working on location to capture the atmosphere, light, and spirit of the place.  With paints and canvas in hand, she explores trails, hillsides, and remote settings in search of scenes that spark her creativity.  Her outdoor studies often become references for larger studio paintings.  Although landscapes are her favourite subject, DeLee also enjoys painting florals, birds, and animals.  Through thoughtful composition and expressive colour, she creates work that invites the viewer to pause and connect with the natural world.  She also enjoys teaching, encouraging developing artists to build both creativity and confidence.

DeLee received the Award of Excellence at the Escalante Canyons Art Festival in 2019 and the festival's Award of Merit in 2016. Her artwork is held in private collections across Canada and the United States.  She is represented by the Lobby Gallery at the Regina Performing Arts Centre and is a member of the Regina Art Collective (RAC), Brushworks Art Guild and Art Gallery of Regina.
